Overview: Windows based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) /Ordering System- Ideas In Icing is a cake decorating company- their custom built software manages there clients from enquiry to delivery. It allows then to record and enquiry, turn enquiries into quotations and then progress quotations to orders. The system creates delivery schedules, baking schedules so they know what orders are due and when and where the cakes need to be delivered- it also produces invoices that the client can customise.
